Arena and Sports Complex Parking Garage

Development Area: Structured Parking Facility
Delivered in just 9-months under a design-build approach, the Arena Garage project combines a 163,386 SF, 480-space parking garage with loading dock facilities for the arena.


Canal Park Stadium

Development Area: Athletic Stadium
The Canal Park project brought much needed revitalization to a previously blighted area of Downtown Akron. Where there once were 30 lots filled with dilapidated buildings, there now stands a 9,097 seat stadium.


Crossbridge Behavioral Health Center

Development Area: Healthcare
The Behavioral health center consists of an approxiamte 41,200 square foot psychiatric care center suitable to treat patients specializing in inpatient and outpatient medical detoxiffication and psychiatry (geriatric and adult services).


Dallas Proton Treatment Center

Development Area: Healthcare
The Dallas Proton Treatment Center is being developed by Advanced Particle Therapy (APT) in partnership with Signet Development, and represents the fourth installment of a proton treatment center project by this team.


Downtown Courthouse Parking Garage

Development Area: Structured Parking Facility
The garage was designed to aesthetically complement the new County Courthouse and the site serves as one of the eastern gateways into downtown Jacksonville.


Emory Proton Therapy Center

This 115,000 square foot facility located in Emory Midtown is scheduled to break ground in March 2013.


Infinity Hall - University of Florida Innovation Square

The 90,000 square foot 308-bed living learning center is scheduled to break ground in May 2014, and will house students beginning in the fall semester of 2015


Maryland Proton Treatment Center

This 121,827 square foot mixed-use facility is scheduled to begin patient treatment by the first quarter of 2015.


Mercy Medical Center Outpatient Facility

Development Area: Healthcare
The Mercy Medical Center Outpatient Facility, currently under construction, was led and developed by Signet Development through a strategic developer-hospital-physician partnership between Signet Development, Mercy Medical Center and local physician practices.


The Village at NEOMED

Development Area: Student Housing
This project is Northeast Ohio Medical University's first on-campus residential housing and will include the construction of three, four-story buildings, which will be located on the northwest corner of the NEOMED campus.  The 270,000 square foot luxury residential housing village includes 185 units that will house approximately 340 residents.


Scripps Proton Therapy Center

This center will serve both the greater southern California region and patients throughout the country as a proton treatment destination center.


South Residence Hall

Development Area: Student Housing
The South Residence Hall was completed and ready for student occupancy for the Fall 2012 semester. South Residence Hall is a 531-bed student housing facility covering approximately 1.2 acres of land owned by the University of Akron and ideally located on its main campus in Akron, Ohio.


Statesman Student & Faculty Housing - Delta State University

One of the main objectives of Delta State University’s Master Plan was to replace antiquated student and faculty housing with new modern facilities that will enhance the University’s mission.


SummaCare Center

Development Area: Healthcare
Signet Development was selected to develop the new, 100,000 SF Class A office building that serves as the downtown headquarters for its primary tenant, SummaCare Health Insurance, one of the country’s largest health insurance plan providers.


Summa Heath Center at Lake Medina

The Summa Health Center at Lake Medina was led and developed by Signet Healthcare through a strategic, developer-physician-hospital partnership between Signet, Summa Health System, and group of local physicians in the City and County of Medina, Ohio.
